Scope

Expeera is currently running an early Founding Expert beta and validating interest. Paid marketplace services are not yet operating. This notice covers the customer-interest and Founding Expert account, profile, and application experiences on this site.

Information we collect

Customer-interest submissions include an email address, a short non-sensitive description of the problem, and an optional category. Expert applications include public profile details, selected skills, experience, social or portfolio links, service and rate preferences, and stated availability. Experts may add public YouTube or Vimeo video links; Expeera stores provider IDs and imported title, author, and thumbnail information for review and display. Experts control whether each channel, portfolio video, and their contact email is public. Identity and payout details are not requested during this beta; a dedicated payout provider will collect required information before commercial payouts. Legacy private identity details supplied during earlier testing remain private and are not shown on storefronts. Signed-in visitors can send an expert a contact request containing their name, account email, and message.

How we use it

We use this information to evaluate demand and expert supply, review applicants, deliver application-status and contact-request messages, improve the proposed experience, and protect the forms from abuse. Links and contact email are displayed only when the expert makes them public and publishes an approved profile. We do not sell this information or use submitted problem text for advertising profiles.

Analytics

We record first-party page views, navigation and action clicks, active time, form-funnel stages, and transactional-email delivery outcomes. A random first-party browser identifier and a shorter session identifier are stored in secure cookies, then converted to server-secret hashes before analytics storage. When a visitor is signed in, events may also be associated with their account for aggregate funnel measurement. Cloudflare may supply coarse country, region, and city; accuracy is not guaranteed. Expeera does not retain raw IP addresses or full user-agent strings in this analytics dataset, and it honors browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Analytics events exclude full problem descriptions, email addresses, invitation tokens, biographies, reviewer notes, and application narratives.

Service providers

Expeera uses Supabase for database, authentication, and file storage; Resend for transactional email; and infrastructure providers for hosting, networking, and ordinary technical request processing. Public portfolio video metadata comes from YouTube or Vimeo. Expeera stores an approved thumbnail copy; the video provider receives an ordinary embed request only when a visitor chooses to play that video.

Retention and requests

Beta records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate and organize the pilot, operate expert profiles, meet security needs, and respond to requests. Retention practices will be revisited before commercial marketplace features launch.

Do not submit sensitive information

Do not include passwords, security codes, payment details, medical information, private files, or other sensitive content in an interest form.
